Ingredients
1 oz. Monin Espresso
1/2 oz. Monin Dark Chocolate
8 oz. Milk or half and half
Ice

Garnish
Whipped cream, cherry

Preparation
Fill mixing glass 1/2 way with ice. Fill serving glass with ice. Add Monin Espresso and Monin Chocolate to mixing glass and fill with milk or half and half to cover ice. Shake with ice until very cold and frothy (10-15 sec.). Strain into serving glass and top with whipped cream and a cherry.
