| Monsoon Malabar is so called because the beans are exposed to the moist, salty monsoon winds in the Indian state of Kerala. Because of this, they swell in size and take on a soft mellow flavour. Monsoon Malabar is a low acid coffee and has a full body with spicy aftertaste. |
